### sec.54A Interfering with quarry material in deeds of grant or freeholding leases
A person must not, without lawful authority, interfere with quarry material in the land contained in—
a deed of grant that contains a reservation of quarry materials under the Land Act 1994 ; or
a freeholding lease.
However an owner may use quarry material taken from a deed of grant or a freeholding lease for use on the grant or lease.

(sec.54A-ssec.1) A person must not, without lawful authority, interfere with quarry material in the land contained in— a deed of grant that contains a reservation of quarry materials under the Land Act 1994 ; or a freeholding lease.
(sec.54A-ssec.2) However an owner may use quarry material taken from a deed of grant or a freeholding lease for use on the grant or lease.
- (a) a deed of grant that contains a reservation of quarry materials under the Land Act 1994 ; or
- (b) a freeholding lease.
