### sec.103 Existing orders in council
An order in council in force under section 25 , 27 , 28 or 34A immediately before the commencement of this section continues to have effect after the commencement, and may be repealed or amended as if it were a regulation.
Without limiting subsection (1) , but despite section 26 (2) , an order in council setting apart and declaring a State forest may be repealed by a regulation without the resolution of the Legislative Assembly if the area of land comprising the State forest is set apart and declared as a State forest under the regulation.
