### sec.102 Saving of certain Acts
Unless otherwise expressly provided, the provisions of this Act are in addition to, and do not limit the operation of, the following Acts—
Biodiscovery Act 2004 ;
Criminal Code ;
Fire Services Act 1990 ;
Nature Conservation Act 1992 ;
Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 .
If there is any inconsistency between this Act and the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 , the later Act is to prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
