### sec.92 Duty of person who unlawfully takes or possesses non-indigenous plants
A person who unlawfully takes or possesses a non-indigenous plant must immediately destroy it.
Maximum penalty—2,000 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a non-indigenous plant prescribed by regulation.
In this section—
non-indigenous plant means a non-indigenous fisheries resource that is a plant.

(sec.92-ssec.1) A person who unlawfully takes or possesses a non-indigenous plant must immediately destroy it. Maximum penalty—2,000 penalty units.
