### sec.78 Prohibited acts about regulated fish A person must not— take or possess a regulated fish in contravention of a regulated fish declaration; or use or sell a regulated fish taken or possessed in contravention of a regulated fish declaration. A person must not mutilate or disfigure a regulated fish with intent to hide the fact that it is a regulated fish.
