### sec.76 Offences about registers
A person must not intentionally or recklessly—
make, cause to be made, or agree to the making of, a false or misleading entry in the register about an authority; or
produce or tender in evidence a document falsely purporting to be—
an instrument, or a copy of or extract from an instrument, given to or by the chief executive under this part; or
a copy of or extract from an entry in the register about an authority.
Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.
