### sec.74 Certificates about authorities
The chief executive may issue a certificate stating—
that a particular person was or was not the holder of an authority on a particular day or over a particular period; or
the type or conditions of a particular authority; or
the cancellation or suspension of an authority; or
anything else about an authority that is in the register.
The certificate is admissible in a proceeding as evidence of a matter stated in it.
An application for a certificate must—
be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.

(sec.74-ssec.1) The chief executive may issue a certificate stating— that a particular person was or was not the holder of an authority on a particular day or over a particular period; or the type or conditions of a particular authority; or the cancellation or suspension of an authority; or anything else about an authority that is in the register.
(sec.74-ssec.2) The certificate is admissible in a proceeding as evidence of a matter stated in it.
(sec.74-ssec.3) An application for a certificate must— be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
- (a) that a particular person was or was not the holder of an authority on a particular day or over a particular period; or
- (b) the type or conditions of a particular authority; or
- (c) the cancellation or suspension of an authority; or
- (d) anything else about an authority that is in the register.
- (a) be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
- (b) be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
