### sec.63D Notice of refusal of application for amendment If the chief executive refuses an application to amend an authority, the chief executive must promptly— give the applicant an information notice for the refusal; and refund the fees paid by the applicant, other than fees for assessing the application. s 63D ins 2024 No. 17 s 142 - (a) give the applicant an information notice for the refusal; and - (b) refund the fees paid by the applicant, other than fees for assessing the application.
