### sec.63A Application for amendment of authority
The holder of an authority may apply to the chief executive to amend the authority.
An application under this section must be—
made in the approved form; and
accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
If asked by the chief executive, the applicant must give the further relevant information or evidence the chief executive requires to decide the application.

(sec.63A-ssec.1) The holder of an authority may apply to the chief executive to amend the authority.
(sec.63A-ssec.2) An application under this section must be— made in the approved form; and accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
(sec.63A-ssec.3) If asked by the chief executive, the applicant must give the further relevant information or evidence the chief executive requires to decide the application.
