### sec.62 Conditions imposed by regulation An authority is also subject to the conditions prescribed by regulation. To remove any doubt, any condition that may be imposed on an authority by the chief executive may be prescribed by regulation. s 62 amd 2000 No. 26 s 13 sch 2 ; 2019 No. 6 s 3 sch 1 _____ s 62A ins 2024 No. 17 s 165 (uncommenced amendment) (sec.62-ssec.1) An authority is also subject to the conditions prescribed by regulation.
