### sec.60 Notice of refusal of application for issue or renewal etc.
If the chief executive refuses to issue or renew an authority sought by an applicant, the chief executive must promptly—
give the applicant an information notice for the refusal; and
refund the fees paid by the applicant, other than fees for assessing the application.
