### sec.54 Application for authority
An application for the issue of an authority must—
be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
If asked by the chief executive, the applicant must give the further relevant information or evidence the chief executive requires to decide the application.

(sec.54-ssec.1) An application for the issue of an authority must— be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fees prescribed by regulation.
(sec.54-ssec.2) If asked by the chief executive, the applicant must give the further relevant information or evidence the chief executive requires to decide the application.
