### sec.48D Restriction on payment if someone other than the claimant has a registered interest in the eligible authority
This section applies if—
the claim and an amount of compensation has been decided under this subdivision; and
a person other than the claimant has a registered interest in the eligible authority.
The chief executive must not pay the claimant the amount unless the other person has agreed in writing to the chief executive making the payment.

(sec.48D-ssec.1) This section applies if— the claim and an amount of compensation has been decided under this subdivision; and a person other than the claimant has a registered interest in the eligible authority.
(sec.48D-ssec.2) The chief executive must not pay the claimant the amount unless the other person has agreed in writing to the chief executive making the payment.
- (a) the claim and an amount of compensation has been decided under this subdivision; and
- (b) a person other than the claimant has a registered interest in the eligible authority.
