### sec.45 No general right to compensation
To remove any doubt, it is declared that, other than as provided for under section 43 , no one has an entitlement under or in relation to this Act to claim or to be paid an amount from the State for or in connection with—
the making, amendment or repeal of a regulation or declaration; or
something previously permitted under a regulation or declaration becoming prohibited or regulated because of an amendment to the regulation or declaration.
Subsection (1) applies whether the amount is claimed as compensation, reimbursement or otherwise.

(sec.45-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies whether the amount is claimed as compensation, reimbursement or otherwise.

- (b) something previously permitted under a regulation or declaration becoming prohibited or regulated because of an amendment to the regulation or declaration.
