### sec.277 Existing review rights
This section applies if—
immediately before the commencement, a person could have applied to QCAT for a review of a matter under former part 9; and
at the commencement—
the person has not applied for the review; and
the period within which the person may apply for the review has not ended.
The person may apply for the review, and QCAT may hear and decide the review, under former part 9 as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.

(sec.277-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a person could have applied to QCAT for a review of a matter under former part 9; and at the commencement— the person has not applied for the review; and the period within which the person may apply for the review has not ended.
(sec.277-ssec.2) The person may apply for the review, and QCAT may hear and decide the review, under former part 9 as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
- (a) immediately before the commencement, a person could have applied to QCAT for a review of a matter under former part 9; and
- (b) at the commencement— (i) the person has not applied for the review; and (ii) the period within which the person may apply for the review has not ended.
