### sec.271 Compensation for relevant amendments Former part 5, division 1A continues to apply in relation to an amendment of a regulation or management plan happening before the commencement, as if the amendment Act had not been enacted. New part 5, division 2 applies in relation to the making, amendment or repeal of a regulation, or a fisheries declaration or quota declaration other than an urgent declaration, happening after the commencement.
