### sec.258 Amendment of fisheries management plan by Trade Measurement Legislation Repeal Act 2009 does not affect powers of chief executive or Governor in Council The amendment of the Fisheries (Coral Reef Fin Fish) Management Plan 2003 by the Trade Measurement Legislation Repeal Act 2009 does not affect— the power of the chief executive to further amend the management plan or to repeal it; or the power of the Governor in Council to approve a matter mentioned in paragraph (a) . s 258 ins 2009 No. 50 s 18 sch - (a) the power of the chief executive to further amend the management plan or to repeal it; or - (b) the power of the Governor in Council to approve a matter mentioned in paragraph (a) .
