### sec.257 Continuing application of pt 5, div 3A, sdivs 1 to 4 This section applies to a development application made but not decided under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement. Part 5, division 3A, subdivisions 1 to 4 as in force before the commencement continue to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced.
