### sec.245 Applications in progress for aquaculture licences for wild oyster harvesting
This section applies to an application for an aquaculture licence for harvesting wild oysters from foreshores if the application is not finally decided before the commencement of this section.
From the commencement, the application is taken to be an application for an authority to take fish for trade or commerce in the commercial fishery.

(sec.245-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for an aquaculture licence for harvesting wild oysters from foreshores if the application is not finally decided before the commencement of this section.
