### sec.222A Electronic notices for authority holders
The chief executive or an inspector may give a notice or other document to the holder of an authority under this Act by electronic communication to an electronic address of the holder if the holder—
gave the address to the chief executive for the purpose of communicating with the holder; and
has not asked the chief executive to discontinue use of the address.
