### sec.184A Proof of appointment unnecessary For a proceeding for an offence against this Act, the appointment of the following persons must be presumed unless the contrary is proved— the chief executive; an inspector; an officer, or the holder of an office, to whom a function of the chief executive to give a notice or approve a form is delegated. s 184A ins 2024 No. 17 s 156 - (a) the chief executive; - (b) an inspector; - (c) an officer, or the holder of an office, to whom a function of the chief executive to give a notice or approve a form is delegated.
