### sec.173A Power relating to fishing apparatus in water
This section applies if an inspector suspects, on reasonable grounds, that an offence against this Act has been, or is being, committed by a person in relation to fishing apparatus that is in the water.
The inspector may re quire the person to haul, pull, draw or reel in the fishing apparatus, or otherwise bring the fishing apparatus onto a boat or land.
When making the requirement, the inspector must warn the person it is an offence to fail to comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
