### sec.150B Requirement to comply with help requirement A person who is required by an inspector under section 150 (1) (i) to give the inspector reasonable help must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. If the person is an individual and the help is required to be given by answering a question or producing a document, it is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to answer the question or produce the document if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
