### sec.150B Requirement to comply with help requirement
A person who is required by an inspector under section 150 (1) (i) to give the inspector reasonable help must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
If the person is an individual and the help is required to be given by answering a question or producing a document, it is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to answer the question or produce the document if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
Subsection (2) does not apply to a requirement to produce a document that is an authority or other document required to be kept by the person under this Act.
