### sec.149B Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in—
the warrant; or
compliance with this division;
unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
In this section—
warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 149A (3) .
