### sec.135 Additional functions of Joint Authority for fishery under Queensland law
If, under a Joint Authority arrangement, a fishery is to be managed by a Joint Authority under Queensland law, the Joint Authority has the following additional functions—
keeping constantly under consideration the fishery’s condition;
formulating policies and plans for the fishery’s management;
exercising for the fishery’s management powers conferred on the Joint Authority under this Act;
cooperating and consulting with other entities on issues of common interest.
