### sec.132 Making of Joint Authority and other Commonwealth–State arrangements
The State may make an arrangement under part 5 of the Commonwealth Fisheries Act for the management of a particular fishery, whether or not a Joint Authority is to have the management of a fishery under the arrangement.
To remove any doubt, the arrangement is a statutory instrument to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 17 applies under the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , section 14 .

(sec.132-ssec.1) The State may make an arrangement under part 5 of the Commonwealth Fisheries Act for the management of a particular fishery, whether or not a Joint Authority is to have the management of a fishery under the arrangement.
