### sec.130 Delegation
A Joint Authority may delegate its powers to—
the chief executive, a local government or an entity prescribed by regulation (a prescribed entity ); or
an officer or employee of the public service; or
an officer, employee or member of a local government or prescribed entity; or
an officer or employee of the Commonwealth or another State.
A delegation of a power to the chief executive, a local government, a prescribed entity, or an officer or employee of the Commonwealth or another State, may permit the subdelegation of the power.

- (b) an officer or employee of the public service; or
- (c) an officer, employee or member of a local government or prescribed entity; or
- (d) an officer or employee of the Commonwealth or another State.
