### sec.128 Judicial notice Judicial notice must be taken of the signature of a person who is or has been a member of a Joint Authority, or a deputy of a member of a Joint Authority, and of the fact that the person is, or was at the particular time, a member of a Joint Authority or a deputy of a member of a Joint Authority.
