### sec.125A Codes of practice
The chief executive may make a code of practice for a declared fish habitat area.
A code of practice may, for example, state ways that persons may carry out activities in the declared fish habitat area in compliance with this Act.
In preparing a code of practice, the chief executive must take reasonable steps to engage in consultation about the code with persons the chief executive considers appropriate.

publish a copy of each code of practice on the department’s website; and
keep a copy of each code of practice available for inspection at the department’s head office.
