### sec.44 Amendment or repeal of Treasurer’s specific approval A department or statutory body may apply to the Treasurer for amendment or repeal of a Treasurer’s specific approval. The application— must be in writing; and state the reasons for the amendment or repeal. Sections 41 (3) , 42 and 43 apply to the application as if it were an application for a Treasurer’s specific approval. The Treasurer may amend or repeal a Treasurer’s specific approval even if the department or statutory body does not apply for the amendment or repeal. The amendment or repeal of a Treasurer’s specific approval does not affect its previous operation. (sec.44-ssec.1) A department or statutory body may apply to the Treasurer for amendment or repeal of a Treasurer’s specific approval.
