### sec.43 Decision on application
The Treasurer may approve all or part of the application or refuse the application.
A Treasurer’s specific approval may be on written conditions the Treasurer considers appropriate.
The Treasurer must inform the applicant, in writing, of the decision and, if the application is approved, any conditions of the approval.
(sec.43-ssec.1) The Treasurer may approve all or part of the application or refuse the application.
