### sec.66 Actions for damages The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 5 , part 5 -2, division 3 applies to a contravention of a relevant provision as if the reference in the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 236 (1) (b) to contravention of a provision of the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 2 or 3 included a reference to contravention of the relevant provision.
