### sec.65 Injunctions
The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 5 , part 5 -2, division 2 applies to a relevant provision as if the reference in the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 232 (1)(a) to a contravention of a provision of chapter 2 , 3 or 4 of that law included a reference to a contravention of the relevant provision.
In this section—
relevant provision means—
an FTA offence provision other than section 92 (1) (b) , (c) , (d) or (e) or 92B ; or
a code of practice.

(sec.65-ssec.1) The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 5 , part 5 -2, division 2 applies to a relevant provision as if the reference in the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 232 (1)(a) to a contravention of a provision of chapter 2 , 3 or 4 of that law included a reference to a contravention of the relevant provision.
