### sec.60 Penalties for contraventions of the same nature for FTA offence provisions The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 214 applies to 2 or more offences constituted by, or relating to, contraventions of the same FTA offence provision as if the offences were constituted by, or related to, contraventions of the same provision of the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 4 . The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 215 applies to an offence constituted by, or relating to, a contravention of an FTA offence provision as if the offence were constituted by, or related to, a contravention of a provision of the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 4 . s 60 amd 1997 No. 12 s 27 ; 2002 No. 61 s 10 sub 2010 No. 54 s 18 (sec.60-ssec.1) The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 214 applies to 2 or more offences constituted by, or relating to, contraventions of the same FTA offence provision as if the offences were constituted by, or related to, contraventions of the same provision of the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 4 .
