### sec.59 Preference must be given to compensation for victims
The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 213 applies in relation to a relevant provision as if the reference in section 213 (a)(i) of that law to a provision of that law included a reference to the relevant provision.
In this section—
relevant provision means an FTA offence provision other than section 92 (1) (b) , (c) , (d) or (e) or 92B .

(sec.59-ssec.1) The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 213 applies in relation to a relevant provision as if the reference in section 213 (a)(i) of that law to a provision of that law included a reference to the relevant provision.
(sec.59-ssec.2) In this section— relevant provision means an FTA offence provision other than section 92 (1) (b) , (c) , (d) or (e) or 92B .
