### sec.103J Application of particular provisions to recorded statements Sections 94 , 98 , 99 , 101 and 102 apply in relation to a recorded statement that is admissible in a domestic violence proceeding under section 103H or 103I with all necessary changes and as though— a reference to a statement included a reference to a recorded statement or transcript of a recorded statement; and a reference to a person who made a statement or supplied the information recorded in a statement were a reference to the complainant who made a recorded statement. s 103J ins 2022 No. 12 s 37 - (a) a reference to a statement included a reference to a recorded statement or transcript of a recorded statement; and - (b) a reference to a person who made a statement or supplied the information recorded in a statement were a reference to the complainant who made a recorded statement.
