### sec.103IA Admissibility of transcripts of recorded statements in registry committals
This section applies in relation to a domestic violence proceeding that is a registry committal within the meaning of the Justices Act 1886 , section 4 .
A transcript of a recorded statement is admissible as a complainant’s written statement if the recorded statement would be admissible under section 103H of this Act as if subsection (1) (d) of that section were omitted.
