### sec.103CB Evidence of domestic violence
Relevant evidence of domestic violence is admissible as evidence in a criminal proceeding.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the evidence of domestic violence may relate to—
the defendant; or
the person against whom the offence was committed; or
another person connected with the proceeding.

(sec.103CB-ssec.1) Relevant evidence of domestic violence is admissible as evidence in a criminal proceeding.
(sec.103CB-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the evidence of domestic violence may relate to— the defendant; or the person against whom the offence was committed; or another person connected with the proceeding.
- (a) the defendant; or
- (b) the person against whom the offence was committed; or
- (c) another person connected with the proceeding.
