### sec.48 Results of testing The results ( test results ) of a test of commercial waste or industrial waste under section 46 are current for the waste from the date of the report for the test (the report date ) until the earliest of the following— the end of 3 months after the report date; if an authorised person makes a request under section 47 —the date of the request; if the waste is retested under this division—the date of the report for the retest. Test results for waste generated by an activity continue to be current test results for further waste generated by the same activity until either of the following changes in a material way— the activity; the waste generated by the activity. Materials of a different type or quality become involved in the generation of the waste. New or different processes become involved in the generation of the waste. In this section— report , for a test, means a report, written by the person who conducted the test, stating the results of the test.
