### sec.47 Retesting of waste An authorised person may ask a person who generates waste to retest the waste under this division if the authorised person reasonably suspects— if the waste is general waste—the waste would, if retested under this division, become regulated waste; or if the waste is category 2 regulated waste—the waste would, if retested under this division, become category 1 regulated waste. - (a) if the waste is general waste—the waste would, if retested under this division, become regulated waste; or - (b) if the waste is category 2 regulated waste—the waste would, if retested under this division, become category 1 regulated waste.
