### sec.193 Replacement environmental authorities for particular prescribed ERAs This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was the holder of a replacement environmental authority under the repealed regulation, section 186(2). The following are the prescribed ERAs for a replacement environmental authority mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 186— organic material processing mechanical waste reprocessing other waste reprocessing or treatment regulated waste transport waste disposal thermal waste reprocessing and treatment resource recovery and transfer facility operation The repealed regulation, sections 186(4), (5), (6) and (7) and 187 continues to apply as if— a reference to an existing environmental authority is taken to be a reference to an authority mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 186(1); and a reference to the commencement is taken to be a reference to the commencement of the repealed regulation, section 186.
