### sec.192 Replacement environmental authorities for organic material processing and waste disposal This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was the holder of a replacement environmental authority under the repealed regulation, section 183(2). The prescribed ERAs for a replacement environmental authority mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 183 are organic material processing and waste disposal. The repealed regulation, section 183(4), (5) and (6) continues to apply to the person as if— a reference to an existing environmental authority is taken to be a reference to an authority mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 183(1); and a reference to the commencement is taken to be a reference to the commencement of the repealed regulation, section 183.
