### sec.177 Fee for late payment of annual fee This section applies if the holder of an environmental authority has not paid the annual fee for the authority on or before the anniversary day for the authority. The administering authority must give the holder a written notice stating that the holder must, within a stated period of at least 10 business days after the notice is given, pay— the annual fee or the outstanding amount of the fee; and the late payment fee stated in schedule 15 . The holder must comply with the notice. (sec.177-ssec.1) This section applies if the holder of an environmental authority has not paid the annual fee for the authority on or before the anniversary day for the authority.
