### sec.172 Requirement to notify change of eligibility If the holder’s eligibility for the reduced annual fee under section 165 (1) (c) (i) or (ii) stops during the year to which the fee applies, the holder must give the administering authority written notice of the fact within 10 business days after the eligibility stops. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
