### sec.171 Authorised person may require holder to give information or documents
An authorised person may, by written notice to the holder, require the holder to give the authorised person the information or documents about the payment of the reduced annual fee that the authorised person requires.
The notice may state a reasonable period within which the information or documents must be given.
The holder must comply with the notice unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —20 penalty units.
