### sec.147 Prescribed documents and information for register of transitional environmental programs— Act , s 540 For section 540 (1) (k) of the Act , the administering authority must keep in the register of transitional environmental programs the following documents or information for each transitional environmental program— the name of the holder, or applicant for the issue, of the program; the activity the holder or applicant is carrying out, or proposes to carry out, under the program; for an activity mentioned in paragraph (b) that is an environmentally relevant activity—the authority number for the environmental authority under which the activity is carried out; the address or location of the place where the activity has been, is being, or is proposed to be, carried out; the objectives of the program; the matters to be addressed by the program; the day the program is issued; any document the administering authority gives to a holder of a program, or person acting under the program, that relates to compliance or noncompliance with the program.
