### sec.146 Prescribed documents and information for relevant monitoring programs— Act , s 540 For section 540 (1) (k) of the Act , the administering authority must keep the following documents or information for each relevant monitoring program— the name of the person carrying out an activity to which the program relates; the type of the activity the person is carrying out; for an activity mentioned in paragraph (b) that is an environmentally relevant activity—the authority number for the environmental authority under which the activity is carried out; the requirements under the program; the name of the person carrying out the program; the period covered by the program; the results of the program; any document the administering authority gives to a person carrying out the activity or program because of the results of the program. In this section— relevant monitoring program means a monitoring program carried out under the following— the Act ; a development condition of a development approval; a condition of an environmental authority. (sec.146-ssec.1) For section 540 (1) (k) of the Act , the administering authority must keep the following documents or information for each relevant monitoring program— the name of the person carrying out an activity to which the program relates; the type of the activity the person is carrying out; for an activity mentioned in paragraph (b) that is an environmentally relevant activity—the authority number for the environmental authority under which the activity is carried out; the requirements under the program; the name of the person carrying out the program; the period covered by the program; the results of the program; any document the administering authority gives to a person carrying out the activity or program because of the results of the program.
