### sch.2-sec.26 Milk processing Milk processing (the relevant activity ) consists of manufacturing or processing a total of 200t or more of dairy products in a year. The relevant activity does not include processing milk on a farm in the course of normal farm operations. The aggregate environmental score for the relevant activity is 37. In this section— dairy products includes milk, evaporated or condensed milk, butter, cheese and ice-cream. processing includes separating and evaporating.
