### sec.547 State of environment report At least every 4 years, the chief executive must prepare and publish a report on the state of Queensland’s environment. The report must— include an assessment of the condition of Queensland’s major environmental resources; and identify significant trends in environmental values; and review significant programs, activities and achievements of persons and public authorities about the protection, restoration or enhancement of Queensland’s environment; and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of environmental strategies implemented to achieve the object of this Act. The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving it.
