### sec.546A Chief executive to provide annual report
Within 4 months after the end of each financial year, the chief executive must give to the Minister a report on the administration of this Act for the year.
The chief executive’s report must include a statement about requests received by the Minister to prepare environmental protection policies and a brief statement of the reasons for refusing any request.
An administering authority’s report given to the chief executive under section 546 for the preceding financial year must be attached to the chief executive’s report.
The Minister must table a copy of the chief executive’s report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving it.
